Fuel Driven Co. Giveaway — Terms and Conditions
 

1) Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Fuel Driven Co. (“Sponsor”).

 

2) Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada excluding Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in the USA and where prohibited. Employees, contractors, representatives, and household members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

 

3) Contest Period

Begins immediately upon publication of the giveaway page and ends when 40 purchase-based entries have been received. Any valid No Purchase Necessary entries received during that period will also be accepted.

 

4) How to Enter

a) Purchase Method: Buy one sticker from the giveaway page, and you receive one free (1) entry. A maximum of 40 purchase-based entries will be accepted.

 

b) No Purchase Necessary (NPN) Method: Send an email to fueldrivenco@gmail.com with the subject line “NPN Entry – Fuel Driven Co. Giveaway”, and include your full name, mailing address, phone number, age confirmation that you are 18+, and your Instagram handle. The body of the email must contain a written submission of at least 100 words describing what winning this giveaway would mean to you. Limit one (1) NPN entry per person per day during the Contest Period.

 

 Important: Purchase entries are capped at 40. NPN entries will be added as additional entries beyond the 40 cap, and the winner will be drawn from the combined pool of purchase entries plus any NPN entries.

 

5) Entry Limits and Odds

Maximum 40 purchase-based entries plus any additional valid NPN entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in total (purchase + NPN).

 

6) Prize

One (1) prize consisting of either:

• a $1,000 CAD Dirty Diesel Customs digital gift card, OR

• an $800 CAD cash alternative at the winner’s option.

 

No substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is digital delivery only. Any taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

7) Winner Selection and Draw

After the 40th purchase-based entry is recorded, the Sponsor will conduct a random draw on Instagram Live using random.org to generate the winning number that corresponds to the entry list, with an on-camera dice roll for added transparency. The draw will occur within 48 hours of sell-out. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

 

8) Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact method they provided (email, phone, or other). The winner must:

a) respond within 72 hours,

b) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance, and

c) sign any required eligibility and publicity release forms.

 

If a potential winner fails any requirement or cannot be reached, the Sponsor may select an alternate by random draw from remaining eligible entries.

 

9) Skill-Testing Question

As a condition of being awarded the prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

 

10) Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the announcement of their first name, initial of last name, city or province, and Instagram handle on the Sponsor’s Instagram and website, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

 

11) General Conditions

The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, subject to applicable law.

 

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or corrupted entries; technical failures of any kind; platform outages or interruptions, including Instagram; or any injury or damage to persons or property arising directly or indirectly from participation or prize use.

 

13) Privacy

Personal information collected for this promotion will be used only for administering the giveaway, contacting the potential winner, prize fulfillment, and required announcements, unless the entrant expressly consents to other uses. Information will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA and Alberta’s PIPA. 14) Instagram and Merchant Disclaimers

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Each entrant releases Instagram from any responsibility. Dirty Diesel Customs is not affiliated with this promotion. The prize is a Dirty Diesel Customs gift card that can be redeemed on their website under their terms and policies.

 

15) Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Alberta. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
